Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 16, 2026
Reliable Financial Solutions, LLC ("RFS," "we," "us," or "our") operates debttoassets.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This policy covers the Site only. It does not cover information you give us offline, by phone, or during an application for an insurance or financial product — those are handled under the applicable carrier's and our separate privacy practices.
1. Information you give us
The Site has one contact form. If you use it, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Anything you write in the message field
That is all the form asks for. Please don't include sensitive details in the message — Social Security numbers, account or policy numbers, dates of birth, or health information. If you send them anyway, we will delete them when we can.
If you email or call us directly, we keep the contents of that correspondence and your contact details.
2. Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and any analytics we use may automatically record standard technical information: your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. This is used to keep the Site running, secure, and reasonably fast, and to understand in aggregate how it's being used.
The video on the Site is embedded from a third-party video platform, which may set its own cookies and collect its own viewing data when you play or load the video. That collection is governed by the video platform's privacy policy, not this one.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site may use:
- Essential cookies, which are needed for the Site to function and to protect against abuse.
- Analytics cookies, which help us see how visitors use the Site in aggregate.
- Advertising and measurement tags, if and when we run advertising campaigns. These may be set by advertising platforms to measure whether an ad led to a visit or a form submission, and to show you our ads on other sites.
You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work properly if you do. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through the tools offered by the major advertising platforms and at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
Global Privacy Control. Where required by law, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
4. How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your message and contact you about the strategies you asked about
- Follow up with information you requested
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site
- Measure the performance of our marketing
- Keep records and comply with legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations
We do not use the contact form to sign you up for a newsletter or marketing list without telling you. If we ever start sending marketing email, every message will include an unsubscribe link.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.
We share it only as follows:
- Service providers. Companies that run the Site and our communications on our behalf — website hosting and deployment, transactional email delivery, video hosting, analytics, and, if used, a customer relationship management (CRM) system. They may process your information only to provide those services to us.
- Our marketing partner. An agency that helps us manage the Site and advertising may have access to form submissions and Site analytics in the course of that work.
- Professional advisors. Attorneys, accountants, and insurers, where reasonably necessary.
- Legal reasons. When we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of RFS, our clients, or others.
- Business transfer. If our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.
6. How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business and compliance records, and then delete or de-identify them. Automatically collected technical logs are typically kept for a shorter period.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards — including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls on the systems that receive form submissions — to protect the information we hold. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, though, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please don't send sensitive personal or financial details through the Site.
8. Your choices and rights
You can:
- Ask what we have. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct it. Ask us to fix information that is inaccurate.
- Delete it. Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are required to keep.
- Opt out. Ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Depending on where you live — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and a growing number of other states — you may have additional rights, such as the right to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Some states also allow you to appeal a decision we make on your request.
To make a request, call us or write to us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
9. Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Other websites
The Site links to and embeds content from other websites and services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of any site you visit from here.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top and post the new version here. Material changes will be made clear on the Site.
