The Site describes the Your Family Bank® concept and the debt-elimination and cash-flow strategies we discuss with clients. Rich Rutledge is an authorized agent of YourFamilyBank. The Site exists to introduce those ideas and to let you request a conversation with us.

If you submit the contact form, you are asking us to get in touch with you, and you consent to our replying by email at the address you provide. Please provide accurate information.

Do not send sensitive information through the contact form. That includes Social Security numbers, account numbers, policy numbers, dates of birth, and medical or health information. The form is for an introduction, not for an application. Email is not a secure channel, and information sent to us before an engagement begins is not treated as confidential.

Submitting the form does not create any client, advisory, or agency relationship, and does not obligate either of us to anything.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
